Basis: our inference from history

No published commitment on file. Xiaomi's UK 17T pages do not print a calendar OS or security end date. The Xiaomi UK store buy flow points to https://trust.mi.com/misrc/updates for the minimum security-update period, but that page as fetched did not list model-specific dates. GSMArena records Android 16 / HyperOS 3 at launch without a stated upgrade count. Xiaomi’s Security Center page (trust.mi.com/misrc/updates), read 2026-09-22, gives only a general statement that Xiaomi provides security updates, with no model or date.
